Dr. Anne Kristin Krafft advises German and international corporate clients on complex private domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on carve-outs, joint ventures, private equity transactions, venture capital financings, spinoffs, and general corporate matters. She represents clients across several business sectors, including technology, automotive and mobility, healthcare, energy, investment funds, and financial services. Anne speaks German, English, French, and Luxembourgish.
