Brooke Tinnerello focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, divestitures, private equity and debt financings, and general corporate and governance matters, with a concentration on transactions across highly regulated industries, including the insurance, energy, infrastructure and financial services sectors.

During law school, Brooke served as membership manager of the Connecticut Law Review and was a member of the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Society. Brooke also was an intern for the Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative, which provides transactional legal services to nonprofit organizations.
