Christian Leeder

During his legal clerkship, Christian served for the German Embassy in Tirana, Albania. He was named One to Watch by Handelsblatt’s Best Lawyers in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Corporate Law categories for 2024.

Christian is fluent in German and English.

• TFL Ledertechnik GmbH, a portfolio company of Black Diamond Capital, regarding the acquisition of the worldwide organic leather chemical business from Lanxess
• Rexnord Corp in its definitive agreement with Regal Beloit Corp. under which Rexnord will separate its Process & Motion Control (PMC) segment by way of a tax-free spinoff to Rexnord shareholders and then combine it with Regal in a Reverse Morris Trust (RMT) transaction
