Gjelina Gjini
Gjelina Gjini advises strategic and financial buyers and sellers, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex US and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, divestitures, and carve-outs, among other corporate transactions. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, managing diligence workstreams and closing mechanics, and advising clients on general corporate governance matters. In addition to her corporate practice, Gjelina maintains an active pro bono practice involving a range of public interest matters, including asylum representation and support for not-for-profit organizations. She is fluent in Albanian.
