Harper R. Burke
Harper Ria Burke advises clients in commercial litigation, securities litigation, and regulatory enforcement matters and investigations. She represents a range of clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Harper’s work spans a variety of sectors, including financial services, media, and energy. Her experience includes discovery and fact development, development of legal theories, and drafting of successful dispositive motions.
Harper’s pro bono practice has included defending the rights of veterans and their families in accessing state and federal resources, as well as eviction defense and housing advocacy.
During law school at the University of Michigan, Harper worked as a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice Clinic, competed in Michigan’s Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition, and served on the Board of the Moot Court Competition.
