Michael Barboun focuses his practice primarily on representing clients in intellectual property and patent disputes. He has experience with a wide range of electrical and mechanical technologies, including software and computer products, control systems, consumer products, machine learning, and medical devices. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michael worked for a boutique intellectual property firm in Philadelphia, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and assisting with litigation matters.
