Pejman Moshfegh
Pejman Moshfegh leverages over 15 years of experience with myriad utility and environmental laws to represent clients before state and federal agencies. Pejman’s practice encompasses litigation and compliance counseling on a broad range of laws concerning utility and transportation permitting, land use entitlements, air quality, water quality, hazardous substances, and climate change. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Pejman served in the California Public Utilities Commission’s Enforcement Division, where he spent eight years investigating and enforcing various violations of the Public Utilities Code in adjudicatory proceedings before the Commission.
