Uli Korth focuses his practice on both private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and investments. Uli brings years of experience representing global financial investors and corporate clients in complex pan-European and cross-border transactions. Uli’s experience includes international carve-out and joint venture transactions across industries.

Uli advises private equity firms and other global financial investors throughout the entire life cycle of their investments, from buy-side leveraged buy-outs, team-ups, and co-investment structures to the exit phase, including private and public sell-side disposals and close-out of management participation structures. Uli has a specific focus on technology, life sciences, chemicals, and financial services–related transactions.
Uli advises investment funds and other financial investors in capital market and venture capital transactions in Germany. He is also active in advising shareholders of family-owned businesses and their single-family offices.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis in 2017, Uli worked at another international law firm for several years. Uli is fluent in German and English and has a very good knowledge of French.

- Visteon Corp. in its acquisition of Spiegel Group (Germany), a research and consulting company for consumer research and user experience consulting
- Visteon Corp. in the acquisition of jember GmbH, an engineering services company with a focus on the automotive industry
- DTCP Capital Partners in relation to secondaries transactions
- Georg Haub Holding in relation to the reorganization of the shareholder structure of the Tengelmann group
- Indie Semiconductor in the acquisition of Silicon Radar GmbH, a German-based specialist in advanced, highly integrated, high-frequency system-on-chips for automotive radar applications
- Digital Bridge in the sale of a minority participation in Vantage Towers AG (Germany), a company that delivers wireless connectivity through its network of ground-based and rooftop tower sites, to Vodafone (UK)
- Indie Semiconductor, Inc. in its acquisition of Symeo GmbH (Germany), a radar division specializing in radar hardware and software development for emerging safety system applications, from Analog Devices, Inc.
- Third Point as lead investor in the $900 million Series E financing round in N26
- Sequoia Capital China in its investment in Agile Robots
- StoneCalibre in various acquisitions of portfolio companies in the European market
- Sabre regarding the sale of Airpas GmbH, an operator of airline cost management
- Descartes Systems Group in its acquisition of Portrix Logistics Software (Germany), a provider of multimodal rate management solutions for logistics services providers
- TFL Ledertechnik GmbH, a portfolio company of Black Diamond Capital, regarding the acquisition of the worldwide organic leather chemical business from Lanxess
- Eugen Münch and its investment company HCM SE in connection with the joint venture of Asklepios and the public takeover of Rhön-Klinikum AG
- Eli Lilly in connection with its investment in BioNTech SE (Germany), a developer of cancer therapeutics
