This conference will focus on helping organizations stay agile and ahead of emerging compliance risks. Attendees can expect practical, real-world insights and cutting-edge guidance from global practitioners who are actively confronting the same challenges facing today’s compliance teams.
Sandra and her fellow panelists will examine how China’s intensified anti-bribery enforcement, tightening data and cybersecurity rules, and evolving geopolitical pressures are reshaping the compliance landscape for multinational companies. Speakers will discuss how organizations are adapting policies around gifts, hospitality, third parties, and data management to meet heightened local scrutiny. The session will also explore practical steps for strengthening internal controls and monitoring in response to shifting regulatory and political risks. Sandra’s panel will take place on December 4, 2:00 pm ET.
Mike and his fellow panelists will explore how rising tariffs, geopolitical shifts, and supply chain realignment are reshaping global trade and redefining corruption risks for multinational companies. Speakers will examine new vulnerabilities that emerge as companies enter unfamiliar markets, rely on new intermediaries, and navigate evolving trade corridors. The discussion will also offer practical strategies for due diligence, monitoring, and mitigating bribery risks.
