The first session in the Cleared for Takeoff: Legal Considerations for Advanced Air Mobility event series will examine the rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape shaping AAM.
TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:
- Key legal and regulatory developments impacting eVTOL aircraft and AAM operations
- Updates on recent US administration initiatives, including the eVTOL Integration Pilot Program and what they signal for future certification, operations, and infrastructure
- Federal, state, and local regulatory coordination challenges affecting airspace integration and urban deployment
- Key legal regulatory considerations across export controls, sanctions, customs, and emerging international trade restrictions impacting advanced air mobility programs
