38th Annual Food Label Conference

Litigation partners Katie Hilferty and Casey Weaver will speak at Prime Label Consultant’s 38th Annual Food Label Conference in Washington, DC. This two-day, seven-session event brings together government policy makers and industry experts in a collaborative exchange of trends, ideas, and best practices on regulatory priorities and enforcement trends for the year ahead.

Katie and Casey will lead the discussion, International Compliance in the Age of Tariffs, in which they will discuss how US trade policy under the current administration is evolving, including developments regarding US tariffs and global retaliatory measures. They will also address how companies that have not traditionally managed tariff risk are now facing increased exposure, whether due to trade relationships, import structures, or shifts in their markets.
