Join Morgan Lewis tax lawyers at our new offices in the iconic TransAmerica Pyramid in downtown San Francisco for our second annual in-person roundtable designed specifically for in-house tax professionals at large companies responsible for handling the complex and rapidly evolving tax issues surrounding research and development expenditures.
The roundtable will cover the latest developments and issues affecting both the Section 41 research credit and Section 174 research and experimental expenditures. The roundtable will be led by partners Alex E. Sadler, Douglas Norton, and Daniel A. Rosen, who will be joined by Alexa Claybon from Ernst & Young and Kevin Benton of Grant Thornton Advisors LLC.
The roundtable will provide a comfortable and engaging setting for participants to learn about trends, best practices, challenges, and opportunities in these areas and share their own experiences.
All registered attendees will receive a complimentary copy of Legal Guide to the Research Credit, written by Alex Sadler and Doug Norton and published annually by Thomson Reuters.
