Morgan Lewis Advises Intrepid Fiber Networks on Acquisition of Ubiquity’s Southern California Fiber Network

WASHINGTON, DC, June 30, 2026: Morgan Lewis represented Intrepid Fiber Networks in connection with the regulatory aspects of its acquisition of Ubiquity’s Southern California fiber network. The acquisition is expected to add more than 35,000 fiber passings across San Diego County and expand Intrepid’s presence in California.

Morgan Lewis is also representing Intrepid before the California Public Utilities Commission to obtain regulatory approval for the transaction.
