Morgan Lewis Further Expands Global Investigations and Sanctions Capabilities with London Partner Paul Feldberg

01. Juni 2026

LONDON, 1 June 2026: Morgan Lewis continues to expand its global investigations and sanctions bench with the arrival of Paul Feldberg as a partner in the firm’s litigation practice in London. Paul joins from Brown Rudnick, where he served as head of the UK white collar defense, investigations, and compliance practice.

Paul’s arrival follows Morgan Lewis’s continued investment in its European investigations and enforcement capabilities, including the addition of a five-lawyer Paris-based international trade and compliance team in March.

Paul advises companies and individuals on a broad spectrum of regulatory and enforcement matters, including sanctions, export controls, criminal fraud, corruption, money laundering, and insider trading, as well as related investigations and judicial review proceedings.

“Companies operating across jurisdictions face heightened enforcement risk and increasingly complex regulatory frameworks,” said Firm Chair Jami McKeon. “Paul’s focus on sanctions and investigations, combined with his background as both a prosecutor and defense counsel, strengthens our global litigation capabilities and enhances the support we provide to clients managing sensitive, high-stakes matters.”

Previously, Paul served as a prosecutor with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and the UK Serious Fraud Office. He has led and defended matters involving parallel investigations by agencies including the Serious Fraud Office and the Financial Conduct Authority and has significant trial experience representing both corporations and individuals.

“As clients increasingly face coordinated, cross-border scrutiny, we are deepening our European capabilities to provide seamless counsel across our global platform,” said Troy Brown, leader of the firmwide litigation practice. “Paul’s experience with UK sanctions and export controls, along with his broader skillset in civil and criminal investigatory work, makes him a strong addition to our growing European team.”

“London is a nexus for cross-border investigations and sanctions-related work,” said Nick Bolter, managing partner of Morgan Lewis’s London office. “Paul’s ability to identify and develop cross-border opportunities, combined with his extensive investigations and sanctions experience, will further strengthen our London offering and enhance how we support clients managing complex, multijurisdictional risk.”

In addition to the five-lawyer team hire in Paris, the firm welcomed export controls and economic sanctions partner Mike Huneke in Washington, DC and litigation partner Christian Tuddenham to the London office in late 2025.
