Morgan Lewis Advises Lanyon AI on $10M Pre-Seed Financing

PRINCETON and SAN FRANCISCO, August 17, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Lanyon AI, a fundamental research lab developing a new class of scientific and technical AI, on its $10.6 million initial fundraising, with the financing led by Dimension and with participation from Industrious Ventures. 

Lanyon AI is focused on advancing AI for complex scientific and technical applications, including physics, engineering, GPU kernel optimization, and frontier AI inference, where mathematical precision and accuracy are critical.

The Morgan Lewis team advising Lanyon AI included partner Corey Mueller and associate Samy Akli.
