This series of webinar programs is designed to provide a comprehensive M&A overview led by a broad team of experienced Morgan Lewis lawyers. The programs will help you learn about and brush up on issues, trends, and developments, whether you are an M&A specialist, a lawyer practicing in other areas (for example, benefits, intellectual property, or tax) who deals with M&A issues on a regular basis, or a business person or lawyer who occasionally deals with M&A issues.
