Bankruptcy and restructuring partner Jim Garrity was recently sworn in as a bankruptcy judge for the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Jim is a former co-leader of our bankruptcy and restructuring practice. He has represented debtors, creditors, and court-appointed fiduciaries in Chapter 11 and cross-border cases, and is a certified mediator for the bankruptcy court in the SDNY.

Mark Taylor

IP partner Mark Taylor has been appointed a Senior Attorney in Microsoft’s patent litigation group, where he will work with outside counsel to manage patent disputes.
