13th Annual ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Conference

At this year’s 13th Annual ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Conference, Lincoln Bisbee will participate in “Class Action Certifications: When and How to Challenge and The Best Defenses to Withstand the Challenge” on November 8 at 4:00 PM, where in a mock argument format, defense counsel will challenge class certification with plaintiff’s counsel providing the rebuttal. A judge will decide each argument provide feedback on successful arguments/defenses presented.
