Morgan Lewis's Katie McDermott will speak at Seton Hall Law School's Healthcare Compliance Certification Program on a panel discussion on "Being the Focus of a Government Investigation" with James Sheehan, New York Medicaid Inspector General and John Krayniak, New Jersey MFCU. Ms. McDermott will also make a presentation on "Understanding Health Industry Compliance Guidance(s)" at this program. Seton Hall Law School's educational program for compliance professionals and lawyers in the pharmaceutical and device industries addresses the myriad of legal and regulatory issues and the expanding and ever-changing body of law and developments that impact health industry compliance programs. Ms. McDermott is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and DOJ Health Care Fraud Coordinator who represents the health industry in government enforcement and compliance matters.
