Morgan Lewis's Kathleen McDermott will present "The Era of Individual Accountability–Is A Liability Hailstorm On The Way?" at the 2011 American Health Lawyer's Association Annual Meeting.
Ms. McDermott is presenting with OIG Counsel Gregory Demske. Ms. McDermott is the outgoing Chair of the AHLA's Fraud and Abuse Practice Group and and will moderate an interview with Assistant U.S. Attorney Susan Winkler, Chief of the Health Care Fraud Unit for the Boston U.S. Attorney's Office at the PG annual luncheon. The Annual AHLA's Meeting provides a forum for networking and interaction with colleagues, friends, and family as well as an outstanding educational event.
