Morgan Lewis' partner Joanne Soslow will present "Doing Business in China - A BMP Sunstone Story" at the LES Philadelphia Meeting.
Morgan Lewis is hosting and putting a panel together for this LES Philadelphia program and networking event. The panel, consisting of Fred Powell and Martyn Greenacre (former CFO and Chairman of the Board of BMP Sunstone) and Joanne Soslow (outside counsel to BMP Sunstone and partner at Morgan Lewis), will share their story on how they led BMP Sunstone through its growth and eventual successful sale to Sanofi. In particular, the panel will identify and analyze opportunities and challenges in doing business in China and the strategies that they have developed in dealing with the challenges.
