Morgan Lewis presents "Anatomy of a Defined Contribution/401(k) Plan."

Presenters will provide an overview of the anatomy of a tax-qualified defined contribution plan. This training session is designed to provide instruction with respect to how the underlying legal plan document for defined contribution plans are ordinarily organized and ways in which the various major aspects operate so that attendees may more quickly and accurately assess potential issues. Particularly important aspects of basic plan design will be emphasized. In addition, the trainers will provide insight into various tricks of the trade, including valuable and particularly reliable resource materials to consult when working with tax-qualified defined contributions plans.
