Partner Lewis Csedrik participated in a discussion of significant developments in employment law in 2011. Leading employment practitioners provided updates on the practical impact of the most important new developments in employment law from both the employer and employee perspective.

Lewis spoke on new developments in whistleblower protection laws, including the implications of the US Department of Labor Administrative Review Board’s decision in Sylvester v. Parexel International LLC on the breadth of protected activity under section 806 of the Sarbanes–Oxley Act.
