INTA's Trademarks in Transactions Conference

Intellectual Property partner Karen Butcher will present on the panel for "Legal, Business, and Tax Issues Involving Related-Party Transactions" at the upcoming Trademarks in Transactions conference, sponsored by International Trademark Association (INTA).

This interactive and informative session will focus on the legal, business, and tax issues unique to transactions between affiliated companies and related parties. Experienced trademark and tax practitioners will address U.S. and international considerations including sales and assignments, IP holding companies and master licensors, transfer pricing and affiliate licensing.
