Presenters Michael Pedrick and Matthew Schernecke will provide a general overview on the structure of a loan transaction. They will outline how debt financings differ from equity financings and will be led through a typical loan agreement, where notable provisions, particularly affirmative and negative covenants of the borrower, will be introduced and discussed.
