Morgan Lewis presents "Securities Law Considerations and Equity Compensation Plans and Related Issues under California Laws."
Presenters Heather Brookfield and Erin Randolph-Williams will discuss securities law considerations related to equity compensation plans, including the requirements of Rule 701 and blue sky law considerations. They will discuss the California blue sky laws specifically, and touch upon other legal requirements that you should be aware of when granting equity awards in California.
