Morgan Lewis and AON present "Tools to Help Close the Deal."
This program will inform the attorney about insurance products, often referred to as M&A insurance, such as representations and warranties insurance, tax opinion insurance, litigation buyout insurance, and environmental insurance, and will provide live examples of how these products have been used to facilitate transactions. Strategic uses of these products by clients to achieve specific transactional objectives and examples of one-off applications will also be discussed.
