On Wednesday, July 8 at 1:00 PM (ET), the National Retail Federation will host a members-only webinar on the Department of Labor’s proposed rule on overtime exemptions. The proposed rule was released on June 30, 2015 and will be followed by a 60 day comment period.
Mike Puma and Corrie Conway will provide background on the 2004 overtime regulations and discuss the major changes contained in the Administration’s proposed rule. The presentation will include a detailed analysis of the changes made by the proposal, how they will affect retailers, and what employers should do to plan for a final rule.
