Labor and employment associate Sylvia LeBlanc presented on "Guerrilla KM: Successful Knowledge Management Without a CKO" at the International Legal Technology Association Annual Conference in Las Vegas.
In many organizations, knowledge management is not an official department or function, or has only recently evolved into one. Panelists discussed how they launched successful KM programs, built a grassroots KM movement, or created cross-functional awareness and support for KM initiatives.
