Corporate and Business Transactions Partner Keith Gottfried will moderate the panel on "Cross-Border Shareholder Activism" at the 2015 NACD Global Board Leadership Summit in Washington, DC.
As shareholder activism becomes more frequent at companies outside of the US, the panel’s discussion will discuss the shareholder activism landscape from a global perspective and how directors serving on public company boards, whether at companies based in the US or overseas, can take steps to ensure they are appropriately preparing for the challenges posed by activist shareholders.
