Fundamental to the Department of Labor’s proposed fiduciary rules is an assumption that the current regulatory structure has failed retirement investors and plan participants. This session will debate this assumption by looking at how retirement investors and plan participants are being served in terms of transparency, fees, investment availability and savings from the viewpoints of various stakeholders.
