This Boston Bar Association program is about the common securities arbitration claims and the mechanics of securities arbitration conducted through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Panelists will specifically address how financial advisors are managed and compensated, the claims commonly alleged by aggrieved investors, the defenses commonly asserted by financial advisors and brokerage firms, and the mechanics of securities arbitration.
