Partner Kathy Sanzo will participate on the panel for "Third Party Suppliers and Distributors" at the Food and Drug Law Institute's (FDLI) 2016 Global Business Conference.
As companies expand global operations and enter new markets, companies face increasingly complex global supply chains and distribution networks. This complexity increases legal, regulatory and compliance risks. This panel will focus on some of the key risk areas that companies must address to ensure success and mitigation reputational damage.
Morgan Lewis is proud to host this event.
FDLI regularly applies to Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio for CLEs for in-person meetings. New York recognizes the Pennsylvania approvals. All other states may or may not accept the credit of one of these MCLE states. It is the responsibility of the attorney to investigate this prior to registering/attending an FDLI meeting. CLEs are applied for prior to the meeting; FDLI will not apply for CLEs for past programs.
For more information about CLE, please contact Kelsey Marshall at email@example.com or 202-222-0897 As approvals are received, updated CLE information will be posted on FDLI's website with the respective meeting.
