Labor and employment partner RJ Hendricks will lead a panel discussion on “Employment Laws in the New Sharing Economy: Square Pegs in Round Holes?” at the American Bar Association’s 2016 National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law.
The session will examine the on-demand economy and how its emergence is challenging and re-shaping our notions of “employee” in a variety of ways.
