• Interpersonal and communication skills – how to navigate and control communication across all levels of management, from line managers to the CEO;
• Internal and external communications strategies and challenges – including balancing communications with the press, shareholders, employees, and business partners;

Gathering, synthesizing and analyzing skills - the ability to elicit information from others, to determine key issues/facts from confused and incomplete information, and to synthesize that information into a cohesive story.
