Litigation partner Zane Memeger moderated a panel at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s 2017 Federal Bench-Bar Conference. This half-day annual conference, hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association's Federal Courts Committee, offered in-depth discussions on legal and practice topics important to the Federal Court Practice community in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
The panel, entitled “How to Defend a Party with Potential Civil and Criminal Liability” focused on parallel proceedings and featured EDPA judges Honorable Petrese B. Tucker, Chief Judge and Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg, US District Court Judge.
