Doing Business in the Golden State—California's Response to The New Administration

Morgan Lewis is pleased to announce a new series of monthly webinars specifically designed for businesses that operate in California. The inaugural webinar will be "California's Response to the New Administration—What to Expect on the Litigation Front."

Each webinar will take place on the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00–10:00 am PT (12:00–1:00 pm ET).

Topics to be covered in early installments of the series include antitrust, class actions, healthcare, and securities, as well as the evolving legal climate in the state and the political climate in Sacramento, the changing nature of the California Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit’s ongoing battles with the US Supreme Court, and the shifting nature of practice in California Superior Courts.

Future webinars in the series will expand on each of these topics as well as discuss immigration, environmental and energy issues, intellectual property, labor and employment, tax, and corporate matters of interest to California businesses.
