Erik Hawes will be speaking at The Center for American and International Law (CAIL) Energy Industry Intellectual Property Law Conference in Plano, Texas on March 28, 2017. Erik’s session entitled “Drafting Enforceable Patent Claims in the Oilfield” will focus on issues such as patent-eligible subject matter under 35 USC § 101, divided/joint infringement, and extraterritorial limitations on the applicability of US patents.
