05:00 PM - 08:15 PM ET

Financial markets are the lifeblood of the economy, giving businesses and consumers access to financial products. The better and more competitively they function, the better the economy will perform. In recent years, two interesting developments have been observed in the antitrust arena: (1) the increased scrutiny by antitrust authorities in the United States, Europe, and Asia, and (2) the increasing growth of different payment systems on a global scale. This two-panel event aims to analyze and discuss these critical issues with key antitrust enforcers, lawyers, in-house counsel, and economists.

Morgan Lewis and Concurrences are co-organizers of this two-hour seminar supported by Charles River Associates and Cornerstone Research.
