Please join TMT practice leader Andy Lipman for a complimentary Telecommunications, Media, and Technology industry overview. Several months into the tenure of the Trump administration, Andy will explore the likely influence of President Trump’s thinking on the TMT sector as well as possible Congressional action on the legal, antitrust, and regulatory landscape of issues affecting the TMT sector. 

Also on the slate will be likely scenarios as a result of the new makeup of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), new appointments and direction at the US Department of Justice, in federal courts, and other relevant government agencies including President Trump’s newly formed White House Office of American Innovation (OAI) led by son-in-law Jared Kushner.
