ABA Consumer Protection Section’s Consumer Protection Bites: Fundamentals of Online Contracting and Auto-Renewal

This program is an inaugural session of a program from the Consumer Protection Committee designed to provide advanced fundamentals updates on consumer protection issues of interest to in-house counsel and other consumer protection lawyers. This session will focus on the fundamental principles of online contracting and auto-renewal and recent developments with respect to this subject. The format of the program will enable the speakers to address the subject in a streamlined 30-minute session that can be listened to live or as a recording.
