Litigation partners Kenneth Schacter and Mary Gail Gearns will speak at PLI’s Expert Witness 2017 seminar. The program addresses the challenges of selecting, preparing, and using experts. Speakers will also provide key tools and best practices to achieve effective expert witness preparation and testimony.
Ken, who will serve as chair of the seminar, will present on Expert Witnesses at Trial and Daubert Motions, a panel discussing strategies for effective direct and cross examinations of experts and Daubert and in limine motions. Mary Gail will speak on the panel Expert Witness Reports and Depositions, which will focus on creating effective expert reports, mastering witness preparation, and taking and defending expert depositions.
