Practising Law Institute: Pocket MBA 2017: Finance for Lawyers and Other Professionals

Partner Thomas Mellor presented on a panel for Practising Law Institute (PLI) during its Pocket MBA series discussing finance topics geared toward junior transactional lawyers and other business professionals involved in closing deals. Tom’s panel, titled “Closing the Transaction: Practical Legal Considerations,” focused on general practice tips for closing all types of transactions, helpful tips for smooth and successful closings, and postclosing best practices.
