A corporate crisis requires effective collaboration among company executives, outside counsel, and outside communications professionals. These external advisors often approach crises from different vantage points, which creates the potential for conflict and confusion. While that potential for confusion remains, different perspectives can produce an effective result through collaboration and coordination.
Please join us for a roundtable that will explore how to harmonize the critical differences and natural tensions, while focusing on strategies to take advantage of the different perspectives. In addition to a plenary discussion, we will convene two roundtable discussions on crisis communications planning and execution. During the roundtables, we will encourage our participants to share their experiences, including effective strategies and lessons learned. We will round out the program with a presentation on social media in crisis situations and a wrap-up of the roundtable discussions.
