Morgan Lewis and The California Lawyers Association will host a webinar on the new tax law's impact on various international tax and transfer pricing issues. Topics will include key changes to Internal Revenue Code Sections 367 and 965 and the consequences to US taxpayers with Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFCs). We will also discuss new definitions, including deferred foreign income corporations (DFIC), specified foreign corporations (SFC), intangibles under Section 936, Base Erosion Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT), global intangible low-taxed income (GILTI), and foreign-derived intangible income (FIDI).
