Nonprofits & Associations Forum: Exempt Organizations 2017 Year in Review

The Association of Corporate Counsel’s National Capital Region presents its annual year in review program, which will review significant developments over the past year affecting exempt organizations, including 501(c)(3)s, (c)(4)s, and (c)(6) organizations. The program will provide an update on developments on Capitol Hill and at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as well as at the state level that may affect exempt organizations’ operations in the coming year, including tax reform.

Reid and Kimberly Eney of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP; Mary Elizabeth Cisneros, Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, American Red Cross; and Jesse Raben, Associate General Counsel, American Psychological Association.
