Morgan Lewis partner Brendan Kalb spoke on the panel “Derivatives for Funds” at the 2018 FIA/SIFMA Asset Management Derivatives Forum.
The panel focused on how derivatives continue to be an important investment and risk management tool for funds (e.g., ’40 Act funds, UCITS, and hedge funds). This panel discussed the current uses as well as the pain points that prevent funds from efficiently utilizing derivatives.
