Please join us for a presentation that will provide an introduction to handling deed transfer matters for seniors in need in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Please join us for a one-hour program to learn about the deed transfer process so you are ready to assist low-income Philadelphia seniors.

Many homeowners only find out during a crisis that they don’t have legal title to their home. Unresolved title issues can prevent homeowners from getting a grant or loan to make urgent repairs, enter a payment, pay for delinquent utilities, obtain homeowner’s insurance, or transfer title.

Because of these consequences, title problems can ultimately deprive homeowners of the only asset that could prevent them and their future generations from sinking more deeply into poverty.
