The seminars will educate Chinese pharmaceutical and biotech companies on international IP laws and regulations, drug patent linkage, and patent application strategies. There will be around 80 – 100 attendees, including IP people from Chinese pharmaceutical and biotech companies, scholars, R&D, and US, Japan and German law/IP firms. The seminars are supported by Guangzhou and Shenzhen branches of the State Intellectual Property Office.
