Investment Management partner Laura Flores will speak at "SEC ETF Rule Proposal: A Discussion with the SEC and Industry Participants" hosted by the DC Bar Communities on Tuesday, August 14, 2018.

This “Off the Record” luncheon program is sponsored by the Investment Management Committee of the DC Bar Corporation, Finance and Securities Law Community. This expert panel will discuss the SEC's pending ETF rule proposal and explore areas of possible comment on the pending proposal. The panel will include a member of the SEC's team who worked on the proposed rule, and will others representing both the industry and law firm perspective on the proposed rule.
